Former Presidential Adviser to Ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo on Policy implementation and project monitoring and Former gubernatorial aspirant of the peoples Democratic party (PDP), Prof. Julius Ihovbere has lashed out at his former party, PDP describing it as a party of "composite terrorism". The Professor of political economy who
recently dumped the PDP for the ruling Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) unleashed his anger on his former party while addressing a rally of the ACN in Owan West Local Government Area as part of efforts aimed at garnering supports for the re-election of incumbent Edo State Governor, Comrade Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole.
Ihovbere who claimed to have aspired for the number one office in the State to continue the good work of Oshiomhole, however noted that since he could not get the PDP ticket, he found it imperative to drum up support for Oshiomhole whom according to him has an enviable record of performance.
He therefore made a cash donation of One Million Naira to the party's leadership at the local government level and promised to give scholarships to two persons from the locality on behalf of his foundation.
