President Goodluck Jonathan says the Bomb Blast that rocked a Peoples Democratic Party rally this afternoon is Callous and Condoles Families of the victims. A bomb exploded during a political rally near the Nigerian capital Abuja, killing at least three people, and wounding 21 others. The blast happened during a rally for the governing People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Suleja, about 40km (24 miles) from Abuja.

Nigeria’s Ambassador to the United States (US) Prof. Ade Adefuye has personaly travelled to Nigeria to press more charges against Ephraim Emeka Ugwuonye before the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over the sale of Nigeria’s mission houses in the US.
Nigerian US-based Attorney Emeka Ephraim Ugwuonye has been in EFCC custody for over two weeks over the alleged sale of the houses.
Elombah.com learnt that one of the petitions against Ugwuonye came from Mrs Sola Adeeyo over alleged diversion of $94,000 kept in a “Client Trust Account” in Ugwuonye’s Law Firm.
The diplomat visited the EFCC headquarters in Abuja on Monday and Tuesday with new petitions to the anti-graft investigators.
