While outlining and adopting the petition filed by the PDP and its Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar, the PDP lead Counsel, Chris Uche, SAN, informed the court of its application for the permission of the court to televise the hearing “LIVE” on national television and other news media. He described the application as very important and begged the Lord Justices to intervene with the urgency it required.
Other parties in the case have not responded to the application and the court is yet to decide on the matter. (Live Transmission of Court hearings).
