34 years old Muyiwa Atoyebi is set to emerge as the youngest Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), in history of Nigeria legal practice Elombah news has learnt.
Muyiwa Atoyebi, an Alumnus of University of Ilorin was listed among the 38 others approved for the legal top brass announced by Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee (LPPC) .
Atoyebi is the managing Patner of Omaplex Law Firm and is in charge of the Firm’s Government Business Practice as well as Litigation, International Dispute Resolution, Maritime and Shipping Law amongst others.
He is presently a team leader of the Emerging Areas of Practice of the Firm, which focuses on Public Expenditure Management, Project and Corporate Finance, Privatization, General Corporate Governance, Compliance, Obtaining Practicing Licenses and Approval by Regulatory Agencies.
He is a trusted advisor to many government agencies and international organizations including CBN, SEC, NPF, Nigerian Military e.t.c. Tola brings charismatic, structured approach to solving problems and an unwavering commitment to achieving clients’ goals.
He is particularly familiar with financing the development of infrastructure projects and has advised on development of pipelines, petroleum assets, jetties among others. He is a member of IBB Golf and Country Club and currently serves as the Secretary of the Prestigious Club.
