APC chieftain blames party for attempting to stir rancour between Tinubu & Buhari
A chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Prince Onu Nwaeze has blamed elements within the party of attempting to build rancour between the President, Mohammadu Buhari and the National leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
Addressing journalist in Abuja, Prince Onu Nwaeze who was the 2019 Senatorial candidate of the party for Ebonyi South senatorial zone explained that media reports of rift between the two leaders is false and attributed to it to handiwork of opposition within the party.
According to him, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is an exceptional leader who has long aged relationship with President Buhari starting from his days in the defunct Social Democratic Party (SDP), at a time the President has not joined partisan politics.
He Explained that Asiwaju Bola Tinubu remains one of the most respected Political leaders in the country who has kept to his principles and built bridges across regions and states of the country.
Prince Onu further explain, that Senator Tinubu has managed the Political leadership of Lagos State very well which has brought about stability in the state and as such will manage Nigeria well if he emerges as a president.
The APC chieftain hailed the visit of the National leader of APC to the Katsina Monarch and his donation to victims of fire incident in the place, describing him as a passionate leader and called on other leaders to emulate him.
