The Secretary of the All Progressives Grand Alliance [APGA], Onitsha South Local Government Area, Barr Noel Udeoji, has resigned.
His resignation, according to pundits, is a confirmation that the crisis in APGA down to the grassroots has degenerated.
An observer said: “When the best LGA party secretary, throws in the towel, it is an indication that the virus eating APGA is endemic.”

With this letter, I hereby announce my resignation as the Local Government Secretary of our great party, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Onitsha South Local Government chapter, in line with Article 20 paragraph 2 of The Constitution of APGA (2014 as amended), effective Monday, May 20th, 2019.
This resignation from office is voluntary and personal. I really appreciate you for your cooperation, as well as kind support of the officers and the members of our great party during my tenure in office for the past four (4) years.
As we look forward to the Local Government Congress of the party soonest, I wish you and the party the very best going forward.
The Records and Books of proceedings of the party in my possession are hereby returned to assist my successor in settling down for the task ahead.
