Appeal court strikes out application by Edoziem Njoku appealing Jigawa High Court judgement
The Appeal Court sitting in kano State today struck out application filed by Edoziem Njoku, the self acclaim chairman of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA)
The Court of Appeal sitting in Kano dismissed Edozie Njoku’s application to appeal the Judgement of the Jigawa High Court.
His application as gathered was said to be lacking of any tangible document showing he has any locus to Appeal.
There was no single document presented as documentary evidence showing his claim to the leadership of the party, APGA.
However, his leave to Appeal was subsequently struck out.
