Armed bandits: Northerner lampoons FG over treatment of Biafra agitators

684

A concerned northerner, Mr. Zamani Yusuf has lambasted the President Muhammadu Buhari-led federal government over the manner it handled the issue involving the Indigenous People of Biafra [IPOB], the murderous Fulani herdsmen and the armed bandits.

Mr. Yusuf warned that without justice in handling of issues of national concerns, peace will be an elusive goal, and that without peace, injustice is bound to continue.

He wondered how the government can negotiate with men bearing arms, referring to murderous Fulani herdsmen and armed bandits but attack men bearing flags, yet expect peace and unity.

He regretted that the Biafra agitators were extremely rude but recalled that they were never called to a negotiation table by the federal government for an agreement.

He maintained that to archive peace, the government must at all time show Equity, Justice, Fairness, Love and most of all abide to laid down Laws and Constitution.

He concluded with photos that mocked the government’s treatment of IPOB and the other murderous groups:

In a piece titled “TRUTH IS BITTER”, Yusuf wrote:

Without justice, peace will be an elusive goal, and without peace, injustice is bound to continue. We can not Negotiate with men bearing arms and attack men bearing flags and expect peace and unity.

If the government of today can see it necessary to negotiate with Fulani Armed murderers for peace to reign, why should they attack unarmed IPOB AGITATORS ?

Yes they were extremely rude, but were they ever called to a negotiation table by he federal government for an agreement to be meant ?

Peace cannot be forced, peace is an offspring of Love, to archive peace we must at all time show Equity, Justice, Fairness, Love and most of all abide to laid down Laws and Constitution of our nation.

Enough of the side taking if we must keep the peace and unity of our beloved nation as one.

Justice and Equity is the way to go.
God bless Nigeria
