Nigerian military have, on Tuesday, invaded National high school, Aba, Abia State where the Indigenous People of Biafra [IPOB] members were gathering for peaceful protest.

According to report available to Elombah.com, they killed two people, and took three members away to an unknown destination.

As at the time of this report, their whereabouts remains unknown as they are yet to make contact with family members of friends.

It was also gathered that the soldiers were shooting live bullets on the pro-Biafran agitators.

Elombah.com also gathered that the gathering was about peaceful protest over the ongoing trial of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

In a related development, Nnamdi Kanu put up a one-man show in the court today when he refused to disembark from the Nigerian Prisons Authority vehicle that conveyed him to court on Tuesday.

It took the persuasion of his lawyer, Chief Chuks Muoma, SAN, before he came down from the vehicle.

However, still unsatisfied with the short drama, the seemingly bitter Kanu refused to be uncuffed before appearing before the High court Judge, Justice John Tsoho.

It could be recalled that Justice Tsoho had on January 29, denied bail to the Director of Radio Biafra after three previous courts ordered that he be released unconditionally.

Kanu is being charged alongside two other pro-Biafra agitators, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi.

The trio is answering to a six-count treason charge that was preferred against them by the federal government.
