The #Endsars movement has finally appeared unending as more Nigerians in diaspora have joined the campaign to call for an end to police brutality.
Nigerians across the globe have expressed displeasure over the activities of the infamous SARS unit of the police force in Nigeria. The disbanded notorious police unit has been accused of rape, extortion, intimidation and extra judicial execution of innocent civilians.
Young Nigerians in the last one week have been on the streets calling for police reforms and prosecution of officers accused of human rights abuse in the line of duty.
Despite the announcement by the IGP of police, Mohammad Adamu, disbanding the notorious SARS unit, protesters have vowed not to back down until their demands are adequately addressed.
The wind of the protest has gotten to America as legions of Nigerians have besieged CNN Centre In Los Angeles. In a short video clip obtained by ElombahNews, the protesters were heard shouting #Endsars now. #Endpolicebrutality.
Though the government seems terribly confused on what to do as the campaign keeps escalating like wild fire everyday.
