BREAKING: Fayose Writes EFCC Again, To Appear October 16
Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Peter Ayodele Fayose has written the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and repeated his earlier pledge to appear in person at the Commission’s headquarters on October 16, 2016.
In an accompanying note on his Twitter handle, Governor Fayose said:
”Notwithstanding its demonstration of hate, prejudice, persecution and partiality,I again wrote the @officialEFCC today, that I will be available on October 16.
“But if their investigation cannot wait till October 16, investigators can meet me in my office in Ado Ekiti on Sept 20.

ElombahNews yesterday reported that the anti-graft agency had written the Nigeria Customs Service (NCA) requesting it to place the outgoing governor on its watch list and the latter had complied.
In reaction, Fayose had berated the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for placing him on its watch list.
