Two federal lawmakers at the House of Representatives from the ruling All Progressives Congress [APC] and the opposition Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] have abandoned their respective parties.
Their resignation letters were read on the floor of the House by the Speaker, Hon. Yakubu Dogara.
One of the lawmakers, Mr. Musa Soba from Kaduna State resigned from the ruling APC.
The other lawmaker, Mr. Hassan Omale from Kogi State dumped his party, the PDP, for the African Democratic Congress [ADC].
Soba, it could be recalled, lost his return ticket to the National Assembly and appealed but lost at the appeal panel of the APC.
The lawmakers are yet to disclose their next political party.
