President Muhammadu Buhari has read riot act to the governments of the United States of America, the United Kingdom, as well as other international community that opposed his plans at ‘dictatorship’.
Recall that the mentioned governments had cautioned President Buhari for excesses at exercising his powers.
The cautionary statements followed his removal from office of the Chief Judge of the Federation, Justice Walter Nkanu Onnoghen.
In response, the Buhari government had warned the foreign to steer clear as the action entails “internal affairs”, hence should not be interfered by an external body.
In the latest development, in a document titled “Caution Against Statements By Representatives Of Foreign Countries And Organisations Interfering In Nigeria’s Internal Affairs”, signed by the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Mr. George Ehidiamen Edokpa, Buhari issued the riot act.
