Buhari Will Not Be President By May 29 —Buba Galadima
Says Buhari’s poor relatives are billionaires today
Engineer Buba Galadima has stated that President Muhammadu Buhari will not be in the helm of affairs of the country by the next Democracy Day in Nigeria on May 29, 2019.
Engineer Galadima made the assertion on Channels Television during “Sunrise”, a talk show.
Galadima expressed confidence that by the next Democracy Day President Buhari will handed over to the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] candidate for the presidential election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
He said: “I quote the president he said he is leaving it [Electoral Amendment Bill] to the next government.
“Of course, God will answer his prayers because, by May 29, he will not be the president of Nigeria”.
He, however, assured that when Atiku Abubakar assumes power, it will be his first duty as President to sign the electoral act.
The PDP presidential campaign organisation spokesman also took a swipe at the Buhari presidency, saying that “It doesn’t look like this government believes in the rule of law or justice”.
He said by not signing the electoral bill, the President is denying other candidates a level playing field, transparency and access to power.
“I don’t think that by this the President thinks that he could do justice to other people and that he is looking for peace,” he said.
Speaking further, Galadima challenged Buhari’s integrity saying that his poor relatives barely three years ago are billionaires today.
He said: “I know Buhari relatives who were begging us for N2,000 to go to Kaduna before 2015 who are billionaires today.
“Go to Daura today and you will see all houses looking like Dubai villas, who owns them?
“This is the last time I must hear the word integrity from Buhari people,” he warned.
