Concerned Nigerians convener, Adeyanju reveals why DSS failed to produce Kanu in Court
Human rights activist and convener of Concerned Nigerians, Deji Adeyanju, has revealed the reason behind the inability of the the Department of State Services (DSS) to bring Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) to court today.
Deji Adeyanju said that the Nigerian government has no case against Kanu, hence the failure to bring Kanu to court.
In a tweet, the activist stressed that the “show” was to keep Kanu in DSS custody indefinitely.
“There’s no case in the first place. All the show is just to keep him in custody indefinitely.”
Justice Binta Nyako of an Abuja Federal High Court, had on Monday adjourned the trial of Kanu till October 21st.
The adjournment was due to the failure of the secret police to produce Kanu in court.
