Covid-19: Ike Oligbo Decries “Importation” Of Chinese Doctors
Roots Support For Nigerian Medical Association (NMA)
Hon. Amb. Ike Oligbo, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stalwart and a frontline governorship aspirant for Anambra 2021, has decries the “importation” of Chinese doctors into the country by the federal government in the fight against COVID-19.
Hon. Oligbo made this known at Awka while answering questions from journalists at the State Secretariat of Peoples Democratic Party in Udoka Housing Estate.
Oligbo had visited the party’s State Working Committee led by the State chairman of the party, Hon Sir Ndubisi Nwobu.
While rooting support for the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), he also supported the PDP state leadership with some Coronavirus mitigation kits.
He further encouraged them on the good work they’re doing towards the growth, stability and the success of the party in Anambra State and Nigeria in general.
He emphasized that with full support and resources given to Nigerian doctors, they are capable of containing the pandemic.
Ike Oligbo continued his call for more proactive governments’ palliative initiatives to enable the citizenry adhere to stay at home directives, stating that it will be difficult for a hungry man to stay at home on an empty stomach
