COVID19: 162 new cases, total 54,905 confirmed, 1,054 dead

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Saturday, confirmed 162 new cases of COVID19, bringing the total to 54,905.

Also, 42,922 patients have been discharged so far, while 1,054 persons have been confirmed dead officially.

  • On the 5th of September 2020, 162 new confirmed cases and 3 deaths were recorded in Nigeria

  • A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 3, continues to coordinate the national response activities
