Nigeria has recorded 10 new cases of Coronavirus [COVID19] in Lagos and FCT bringing the total to 22 cases in Nigeria.
This was disclosed by the Honourable Minister of Health, Dr. E. Osagie Ehanire, on Saturday.
According to the data supplied by Dr. Ehanire, Lagos now has 16 cases, FCT has 3, Ekiti 1 and Ogun 2.
Meanwhile, 2 have been discharged.
Ehanire said that all cases are clinically stable and receiving adequate care.
The Health Minister stated that all new cases are Nigerians, 9 returning from Canada, France, Netherlands, Spain & UK, 1 close contact of a known case.
In FCT, he said, the cases are being treated at University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Gwagwalada, while in Lagos, the cases are being treated at Infectious Disease Hospital, Lagos.
