Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has secured final forfeiture of N49 million intercepted at the Kaduna International Airport.
It could be recalled that the anti-graft agency intercepted N49 million mint at the Kaduna International Airports on March 14, 2017.

However, ruling on the matter, Justice Shuaibu of the Fed High Court sitting in Kaduna, ordered the final forfeiture of the N49million to the Fed Govt.
According to EFCC, The money, all mint, stashed in five large 150kg sacks was intercepted by an operatives following intelligence report received by the Kaduna Zonal Office.
