Fulani herdsmen take over Bonny NLNG Facility

114

Fulani herdsmen have finally taken siege on Bonny Island and worse still within the Bonny NLNG facilities.

Elombah.com correspondent in Rivers State reported the cattles “have become a menace to road users, distracting traffic, littering the streets with dungs and creating security scare and uncertainty amongst Bonny people.”

The desperation of these herdsmen has become a source of great concern considering the fact that these cattle must have been ferried into Bonny via a one-hour ferry ride, which apart from air, is the only way to access Bonny Island.

“This is one too much”, exclaimed one resident.
