Gov Akeredolu sacks aides, appoints 40 new ones
The governor of Ondo State, Mr. Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has, on Wednesday, relieved all political appointees of their appointments.
Governor Akeredolu announced this in a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Richard Olabode Olatinde.
According to the statement, the affected appointees include Personal Assistants, Special Assistants and Senior Special Assistants.
Mr. Olatinde stated that the Governor, in the meantime, has appointed 40 new aides to replace the sacked aides.
The new appointees include the new Chief of Protocol and the Deputy Chief of Protocol.
