The attached video taken in Hausa language shows a young man who walked into an eatery, ate to his satisfaction and paid 30 Naira in Kano.
When asked to pay a given amount, he said that he is following the Ministers instructions refused to pay more.
A crowd instantly gathered and while some were urging him to pay, others mocked him as poor and can’t afford a decent meal.

Recall that the Minister of Agriculture recently said that there is no hunger in Nigeria and that N30 can feed someone for a meal.
Last year, the Minister of Labour and Employment, Dr. Chris Ngige, while trying to justify the paltry N24,000 offered by the federal government, claimed that N24,000 can comfortably cater for a family of six in a month.
