House of Reps Stops Army’s Operation Positive Identification

The House of Representatives has called for a delay to the planned Operation Positive Identification by the Nigerian Army.

The lawmakers said the delay is to allow the Army carry out more public sensitization.

The House added that Nigerians in the rural areas would be more affected if the November 1st, 2019, due date is allowed.
