Igbo women worldwide (Diaspora), passed a vote of no confidence on Her Excellency, Mrs. Ebelechukwu Obiano, the wife of Gov. Willie Obiano.

They took this decision at their meeting after the World Igbo Congress to appraise the event at the Hilton JFK, Jamaica, New York.

The women expressed shock and disbelief that Obiano’s wife joined her husband in New York for the World Igbo Congress, but could not say hello to them nor attend any of their programmes.

During the meeting, most of them said unprintable things against her such as:

“What is puffing her. Even upon her plastic surgery, she is not more beautiful than most of us, why then would she not say a simple hello to us?”

“Just like her husband, power has entered her head that she does not know what is right and wrong again.”

“I used not to believe things written about the woman before, but since after this her behaviour, I have now had a change of mind about her.”

“No wonder, maybe it was because of her presence that her husband, apart from his first less than 30 Minutes appearance, did not appear again.”

Reliable source informed us that Her Excellency did not plan to attend the event.

She, however, had to rush down when one of the aides to her husband told her about some UNIZIK girls that were exported from Awka to the Congress for the pleasure of Gov. Obiano and his SSG, Prof. Solo Chukwulobelu.

It will be recalled that the last World Igbo Congress was a very bad outing for Willie Obiano. They worked underground for the organizers to replace  Sen. Ike Ekweremadu with himself (Willie Obiano), to deliver the key note address.

When the organizers refused, the angry Obiano could not recognize Ike Ekweremadu (No 5 in the country), while making his remarks.

To add salt to injury, after speaking, he led his entourage to walk out of the Deputy Senate President and other Igbo leaders present.

Meanwhile, he is being flayed alive by the people of Anambra State for hiring limousines for the Congress, going with 71-man entourage and paying for a presidential suite and 19 Executive suites.
