Imo Guber N50m Car Bribe: APGA Chair Replies Aspirant
By Eneh Victor Chigozie
The sacked national chairman of APGA, Ozo Victor Ike Oye has replied Mr Humphrey Anumudu over his request for the return of the Jeep worth 50 million naira giving to him during the APGA governorship primaries.
Few hours after the court documents instituted by Mr Humphrey Anumudu and First Motors Limited at the Lagos state high court, Ozo Victor Oye was published through this medium, his media aides released a letter purportedly written by Mr Anumudu to Oye.
According to the letter titled ‘Gift of a 2018 land cruiser jeep to my friend on his 62nd birthday’, Anumudu said the jeep was a gift to Oye whom he described in the letter as his good friend.
It is commendable that Oye has responded to our report on numerous bribery allegations against him.
However, Oye is yet to respond to the allegation of 100 million naira and 300,000 dollars he allegedly duped ex-Governor Ikedi Ohakim.
If Oye could quickly flash a document to prove that the jeep he collected from Mr Humphrey Anumudu was a birthday gift, he should as well respond with evidence the allegation of 100 million naira and 300,000 he allegedly fleeced ex-Governor Ohakim.
According to senator Victor Umeh in his email to gov Obiano, all documents relating to transfer of funds to Oye’s account were forwarded to the governor.
Now that Oye has started coming out to defend these criminal allegations against him, let him also respond line by line with the leak email instead of abusing Umeh for speaking out.
Below is the letter:
