Suspended Senator Mohammed Ndume will resume on Wednesday, Senate disclosed after ten minutes closed door session over the matter.
Meanwhile, upper chamber has vowed to appeal against the judgement of Federal High Court over the suspension of Ndume for 90 legislative days.
Ndume was suspended for calling the attention of Senate to media report against the Senate President, Bukola Abubakar Saraki over purchase Range Rover jeep and certificate saga of Senator Dino Melaye.
But, speaking after the closed door session, the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu disclosed that Senator Ndume would resume back to plenary session on Wednesday without prejudice to the current court process.
In his words, “We discussed the suspension of Ndume and we resolved that he should resume tomorrow since he has served 90 days without prejudice to the current court process. “
