Engr Chris Emeka Azubogu in his Birthday message to the Industrialist during his October 1st birthday anniversary, stated that “Chief Innocent Chukwuma, the CEO of Innoson Motors Ltd has not only done so much for the nation’s economy but also drawn global attention to Nigeria as an industrial giant”
The member representing Nnewi North/Nnewi South/Ekwusigo Federal Constituency, has extolled the Nigerian car manufacturer on his 60th birthday anniversary.
The Nnewi-born Federal lawmaker, while wishing Chief Chukwuma a glorious birthday, stated that through Innoson Vehicles Manufacturing (IVM) company, the equally Nnewi-born CEO of the global brand, has put Nigeria on the map as one of the countries that manufacture vehicles.
“I am celebrating a man who is not only an elder brother but also one whose resourcefulness has very positively impacted on the nation’s economy,” Azubogu said.
The University of Nigeria, Nsukka-trained Engineer further stated that Chief Chukwuma has equally impacted so much on his political journey through invaluable advice he always offered whenever the lawmaker called or visited the industrialist.
“A man whose wealth of knowledge I have benefited from, especially whenever I visited or reached him through the phone.
“Innoson, as he is fondly called, inspires his generation with the fact that possibilities exist even in the face of storm.
“When I look at how his likes have been manufacturing against ‘poor industrial growth infrastructure’, I feel challenged that we in government have to crash the cost of manufacturing through systemic provision of infrastructural facilities.
“When I facilitated the road project leading to Innoson Manufacturing plant, it was in line with my quest to provide infrastructure that will help the manufacturing sector of our economy.
“My push for Gas Infrastructure and affordable and clean energy, is to appreciably reduce costs of production and complement efforts of his likes,” the man fondly called Mr. Project continued.
The legislator prayed that God continue to keep and guide the manufacturing guru to greater conquests.
“My prayer for you Chief Chukwuma, Ifediaso Nnewi as you turn 60, is for God to continue keeping you as well as directing your steps,” he concluded.
