The former governor of Nigeria’s oil-rich Delta State and his former Lawyer Bhadresh Gohil, are back in Southwark Crown Court today.
The hearing listed for Court 13 by 2.00pm is expected to see “more fireworks in the matter regarding Ibori confiscation and appeal as well as Kamlish raising more on London Metropolitan Police corruption”, according to legal sources.
Elombah.com will keep our readers updated on what transpires in court today.
Today’s hearing follows the dramatic collapse of a case involving Bhadresh Gohil, a lawyer who represented James Ibori. Gohil was cleared at Southwark crown court two week ago after the CPS withdrew a charge of perverting the course of justice.
