Nigeria has collapsed! Declares Governor Wike
The Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has declared Nigeria a collapsed nation.
Governor Wike made declaration on Twitter handle late Tuesday, attributing the failure to the All Progressives Congress (APC) “Government’s bad leadership” under President Muhammadu Buhari.
Wike, however, regretted that the effect of bad leadership does not select party members or the agents of bad leadership themselves but affects everyone irrespective of political leaning.
“Nigeria has collapsed due to the @OfficialAPCNg Government’s bad leadership.
Unfortunately the effect of bad leadership does not select party members or those that foist the bad leadership on us, it affects everyone irrespective of political leaning.”

Presently, Nigeria is battling insecurity in all regions and spheres as hoodlums, bandits, herdsmen, insurgents, terrorists, kidnappers, corrupt politicians, etc. have dominated the mediasphere.
Hundreds of Nigerians are currently languishing in various kidnappers’ dens waiting for ransom to be paid for their release.
Meanwhile, the abductors of students of Greenfield University in Kaduna have resorted to killing their captives as a means of mounting pressure on the governments and parents to pay the eight hundred million Naira ransom demanded for their release.
Already, five have been killed.
According to a recent report by Intersociety, a non-governmental organisation, some 2,800 citizens have been murdered by state and non-state actors in 2021 alone.
