Unemployment in Nigeria has hits a record level of 23%, only better than South Africa with 27%.
The latest record was contained in a statistics posted by The Spectator Index on its Twitter handle.
According to the statistics, Nigeria’s unemployment ranked second worst amongst the indicated countries, only behind South Africa with a whopping 27% unemployment rate.
Another African country contained in the poll is Egypt with 8.1% unemployment rate.
Japan has the lowest unemployment rate with as low as 2.5%.
