The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has commended the decision of the Northern Elders Forum (NEF) and the Coalition of the Northern Groups (CNG) to recall Fulani herdsmen back to the north.
In a previous news bulletin, ElombahNews reported that both the Forum and the Coalition unanimously ordered the Fulani herders to immediately vacate the Southern parts of the country and move back to the north.
According to the Spokesperson of the Coalition of Northern Groups, Abdul-Aziz Sulaiman, this is because their security in the south can no longer be guaranteed.

Reacting to the development on his Twitter handle, Nnamdi Kanu, and on behalf of IPOB family worldwide, welcomed the decision by the Fulani feudal lords.
According to him, the mood and determination in the south has changed irrevocably. “Our resolve to free the oppressed must not be underestimated,” he stated.

In another tweet five days ago, Kanu had condemned the pictures of “terror herdsmen and their cows on the new International Passport”.
“Do you still have any doubt?” he asked.
In his words, “Every nation has pantheons. Is the fourth most deadly terror group in the world among the pantheons of Nigeria? Why proudly celebrate terrorism?”
