*Ohanaeze Warns the ones owing their pensioners and workers arrears to clear them asap
The Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council has lambasted the Governors of the South East for their inability to work as a team to solve the myriad of problems facing the Igbos.
They lamented the inability of the South East Governors Forum to be on ground since the tenure of Ex-Governors Peter obi and Theodore Orji ended.
The group said this in a statement signed by the Chairman of State Chairmen Mazi Alec Okemiri.
They also warned the Governors in the zone owing their pensioners and workers arrears of pensions and salaries to clear them.
Failure to do that, they will take up the matter with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission [EFCC] and the federal government.
They wondered why pensioners , senior citizens and workers would be owed several months arrears while some of these Governors junket overseas and buy up houses and lands all over the world .
They warned that the seeming inability of South East Governors to work as a team and the poor quality representation of Ndigbo at the national level is an embarassment to the youths.
They lamented the state of roads and infrastructures in the zone coupled with the high rate of youth unemployment.
