While expressing confidence in the ability of the youths to be positively engaged than resorting to criminal activities, Governor Okowa said, “there is no youth that is useless, be focused, be hardworking and be committed to the work of God and God will make a way for you to have an honest living.”
He assured the youths of Delta State that his administration’s empowerment programmes were designed to make the youths to be gainfully employed but advised those who were yet to benefit from the programmes to be positively engaged while waiting for their turn to benefit from the empowerment programmes.
