The Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] candidate for the upcoming Anambra State governorship election, Mr Oseloka Henry Obaze [OHO] has reassured Ndi Anambra that their children will go to school for free up to Junior Secondary School III if and when elected governor of the state.
Mr Obaze gave the assurance during the governorship debate organized by Channels TV on Sunday, November 12, 2017.
Obaze also gave other assurances including conducting Local Government election within the first six months of office that will see the ushering in of chairmen in various Local Governments.
That, according to him, is to ensure that dividends of democracy trickles down to the grassroots through enforced accountability and sustenance of government of policies.
He banked on his experiences as former United Nations diplomat, former Secretary to the State Government [SSG] under two governments, and haven served under the President Shehu Shagari-led federal government, as well as the General Ibrahim Babangida junta.
He further recounted his days as the SSG to former Governor Peter obi when Anambra excelled in education, economy, rural development, infrastructures, etc.
He promised Ndi Anambra that he will repeat the feat of the good old days given the opportunity to do so as the incoming governor.
