Owerri West IMC chair describes Uzodinma as pacesetter in quality projects
Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma, has been described as a pace setter in quality projects and meaningful development by the Interim Management Committee Chairman of Owerri West Local Government Area, Hon. Okechukwu Enyioha, who rated the governor high, while fielding questions from newsmen shortly after the governor commsioned a road project in Owerri.
The council boss, explained that the quality of the road commissioned, is an eloquent testimony of the governor”s passion and commitment to quality service delivery.
Hon. Enyioha went on to describe the road as unique and strategic as it linked Portharcourt Road through Federal Secretariate Complex to World Bank Housing Estate in the heart of New Owerri.
He noted that its economic value will impact in the lives of Imo people and reduce the sufferings of Fedreleral Goverment staffers working in Federal Secretariat Complex.
“People who visit the Complex and other offices within the area for business transaction and other services are glad”, he emphasized.
According to him, Governor Uzodimma has opened a new chapter of quality projects of International in Imo State that will reposition the state for meaningful developments.
His words, “this road was abandoned by past administrations and was impassable when Governor Uzodimma came on board as Governor. Today, the ugly past of that road has past away and everything has become new”.
Impressed by the quality of work done and the assurance from the construction firm that the road will last for about 40 years, he described Governor Uzodimma as a leader with penchant for quality and stated that he is on a mission with a vision to take Imo into a great era of solid and meaningful development.
Assuring the people of Imo State that Governor Uzodimma means well for them, he seized the opportunity presented by the media chat to call on all Imo people to always support the governor for the betterment of the state.
