This multi-million naira property belongs to Atiku Dasuki, son of former NSA, Sambo Dasuki and is located at Brains and Hammers estate in Gudu district of Abuja. The one below belongs to Alex Badeh, former Chief of defense Staff today in Wuse II, Abuja.
They have been confiscated by the Economics and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Sambo Dasuki, who is currently facing several count charges over the $2.1bn arms deal scam was said to have purchased the house for his son at the cost of N90million.
According to our source, the house was subsequently renovated and furnished with the sum of $3m. The big contract for the renovation and furnishing of the house was awarded to a Lebanese company.
The way these people turn Nigeria’s money into their personal property is pure wickedness, And now some people wail RULE OF LAW!
Atiku Dauski’s house confiscated by EFCC
Badeh’s house Confiscated by EFCC
Having said the above however, evidently these people thought it was going to be business as usual for ever and so there were never an attempt to hide their excesses from the public. Nigerians should be blamed for evident display of helplessness in the midst of an appalling situation.
Some should have noticed something was wrong immediately Atiku Dasuki laid the foundation for this building.
Of cpurse EFCC did nothing because EFCC officials were doing exactly the same thing. The looters don’t ever attempt to hide their affluence which is a result of their openly looting our treasury.
Nigerians probably condoned this because Nigerians have a sad reputation around the world as crooks. So the absurdity becomes normalcy to the masses. You elect a pauper to office, and before the ballots were counted to elect the sucker, he suddenly ran into wealth, and EFCC did not see anything wrong Until Now?
