PHOTOS: Army parades “repentant” Boko Haram members

The Nigerian Army, on Tuesday, paraded some 1,081 “repentant” Boko Haram members and their family members.

According to Army officers, the “repentant” Boko Haram members sought forgiveness as they carried placards with inscription on it.

Some inscriptions read:

“Forget Terrorism, Embrace Peace”

“Nigerians Please Forgive Us?”, etc.

The Nigerian Army gave free clothes, food items to the over 1000 “repentant” Boko Haram fighters and their families.

It could be recalled though, that the Boko Haram terrorists are responsible for the killing of thousands of Nigerians.

On the other hand, members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) got arrested and shot at close range for agitating and demanding Biafra!
