PHOTOS: Secondus, Abaribe lead protest to US embassy over sack of Ihedioha

National Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party, Uche Secondus, and Minority Leader of the Senate , Enyinnaya Abaribe, on Friday staged a protest at United States (US), Embassy and the UK high commission over President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration alleged disregard for rule of law in the country.

Speaking during the protest , Secondus asked the international community to prevail on the Nigerian government to respect the rule of law particularly on the judiciary and the national assembly.

The PDP national chairman also expressed support for Abaribe who had called for the resignation of President Muhammadu Buhari over insecurity in the country.

He said, “On behalf of the PDP and the poor masses the need for the international community to come to the assistance of our dear country.

“Nigeria is a member of the comity of nations Nigeria is not an island.”
