War brewing between the National Security Adviser (NSA), Major General Babagana M. Monguno (rtd.) and the former Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Tukur Buratai
The President Muhammadu Buhari cabal led by Mamman Daura, using Sabiu Yusuf a.k.a. Tunde, are plotting to sack the National Security Adviser (NSA), Major General Babagana M. Monguno (rtd.), on trumped up allegations.
They plan to replace him with the former Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Tukur Buratai. The cabal are angry the National Security Adviser raised questions on weapons paid for but not available.
The cabal plan to show Buhari media reports of alleged corruption against Monguno.
If the President doesn’t act, they would sack the NSA without his consent.
They don’t liked the NSA since the days of Abba Kyari.
The cabal have done lots of deals with military contractors.
The cabal believe easing out Monguno would further smoothen their plans to continue doing military contracts with private individuals.
They have resisted attempts for Nigeria to renew her MOU with Russia to acquire AK-47 and other weapons. Monguno’s memos to renew MOUs are killed.
In one of the deals with one Hima Aboubakar, a Nigerien, the cabal bought Mi-24 and Mi-35 Helicopters for twenty-five million dollars each instead of five million dollars each.
The cabal are bent on continuing on this path hence the urgent need to remove the NSA who was weakened by late Abba Kyari.
