Sitting members of the PDP from Anambra State has dragged the INEC to court over the interpretation of the Supreme Court judgement which reportedly sacked the lawmakers from Anambra.

Sitting members of the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] from Anambra State has dragged the Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC] to court over the interpretation of the Supreme Court judgement.
Senator Stella Oduah had described as “a misinterpretation”, media reports which quoted a Supreme Court judgment to have sacked her and other federal lawmakers from Anambra, a position which was upheld by Senator Andy Ubah.
In this latest development, the embattled nine Anambra lawmakers has taken INEC to court to further clarifications.
The lawmakers are: Senators Andy Ubah and Stella Oduah. Others are: Honourables Anayo Nnebe, Eucharia Azodo, Chris Azubogu, Obinna Chidoka, Lynda Ikpeazu, Tony Nwoye and Chikwuka Onyema.
