The National Assembly Tribunal has set Tuesday, 13 October for its final ruling on the ongoing case between Chief Inibehe Okori of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Godswill Akpabio of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) [pictured above].
Elombah.com gathered that their respective lawyers have just been informed accordingly.
There has been a legal battle between Chief Okori and Godswill Akpabio over the disputed Akwa Ibom North West senatorial district seat from the senatorial election held in March, 2015.
The case is holden before the Hon Justice Goddy Anunihu-led Akwa Ibom State National and State Houses of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting at the Customary Court, Dutsen Alhaji , Abuja.
