Elombah.com has gathered that the judgment rendered by the tribunal was on the Okowa versus Great Ogburu, the governorship candidate of the Labour Party in Delta state.
It was learnt that the PDP versus APC judgement is still pending and still anticipated.

The Delta State Tribunal holding in Asaba, the state capital, has uphold the governorship election of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of the Peoples Democratic Party.
