In a strategic bid to further dig into the root cause of various
allegations of murder, fraud and other corrupt practices leveled
against the Ex-speaker of Imo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon.
Benjamin Uwajumogu by his former aide and socio–political crusader
Citizen Ikenna Samuelson Iwuoha, the authorities at the Force Criminal
Investigation Department (FCID), Force Headquarters Abuja invited the
Former Speaker who is the Chief suspect in the allegations, and the
activist who is the complainant and petitioner. Other suspects invited
to the Force CID are Emeka Ahaneku and Kodichi Anamekwe.
They were invited to appear before the Head Commissioner in-charge of
Force CID Abuja on the 14th of January 2016 for interview.
On the said date being Thursday, the Former Speaker and his aides met
Citizen Ikenna Samuelson Iwuoha eyeball to eyeball. Shortly after,
they were led into the office of the Head Commissioner FCID by Supol
Faraday Amaechi, who is the Senior Officer investigating Uwajumogu’s
corrupt practices and murder allegations.
To say that Citizen Samuelson gave a good account of himself and his
petition is an understatement. The activist gave detailed and blow by
blow account of how Uwajumogu and his aides looted and stole Imo State
Government blind through Road contract scams, Ghost Workers Scams,
Financial Assistance Scams, etc. Citizen Samuelson also boldly
informed authorities at FCID that Uwajumogu should be held responsible
for the brutal murders of his aides as follows (1) Mr. Emmanuel Adoba
(2) Mr. Kingsley Nkemka (3) Mr. Chidi Eke (4) Corporal Chinedu and the
attempted assassination of Activist Ikenna Samuelson on the 3rd of
June 2014, which later resulted to the brutal murder of one Architect
Franklin Okolie.
Not done, the Social Crusader informed the ‘’Oga Kpata-Kpata” at
Force CID that his petition on political killings and kidnappings in
Imo State dated 26th June 2015 had received the attention of the
Inspector General of Police, who in turn directed the FCID to conduct
thorough investigations. As a result, Senior Police Officers from FCID
stormed Imo State in December 2015 and conducted investigations.
Ex-Speaker Uwajumogu fumbled when he was asked to Speak. Rather than
talk on the allegations of murder and fraud against him and his aides,
he chose to go pedestrian. He was frustratingly talking on how he gave
the activist political appointment, and how he loved Citizen Samuelson
Iwuoha. Ex-Speaker Uwajumogu however admitted that many of his aides
were murdered on different occasions but claimed that he was not
responsible for their deaths. On the brutal murder of Architect

Franklin on the 3rd of June 2014, Rt. Hon Benjamin Uwajumogu denied
responsibility for the murder. At this point, Citizen Samuelson stood
up and interrupted Uwajumogu and pointedly asked the Commissioner FCID
that if the Ex-Speaker was not responsible for the murder of Architect
Franklin Okoli, why did he (Uwajumogu) connive with the then
Commissioner of Police in Imo State (Mr. Abdulmajid Ali) to subvert
justice, by refusing to arrest the five boys who murdered Architect
Franklin Okolie and whose names and addresses were submitted at a
Security meeting held at Imo State Government House on the 5th of June
2014? Citizen Samuelson further asked what the Ex-Speaker’s Chief
Security Officer, Mr. Omeudo was doing in the office of his IPO (Mr.
Innocent Obi) on the 5th of June 2014?
Finally, Citizen Samuelson asked why the Ex-Speaker connived with the
powers that be in the state to frustrate the transfer of the case in
July 2014 to FCID Abuja when Senior Police Officers stormed Owerri to
effect the transfer? At this juncture, Ex-Speaker Uwajumogu, as a
humiliated and frustrated He-goat exclaimed before everybody inside
the office of the Commissioner in-charge of FCID, “SAMUELSON, GI NA
EMEM IHEA? You have dragged me to EFCC, ICPC and now FCID. You just
want to frustrate my Senatorial election coming up soon. My political
opponents are using you to fight me. Leave me alone.” Out of
frustration, Ex-Speaker Benjamin Uwajumogu also confessed that Citizen
Samuelson Iwuoha has used his powerful and huge media network to
destroy him politically and his business interests, pleading that the
Socio-Political Crusader be compelled to stop writing about him. Hear
Uwajumogu again, “My friends and associates now avoid me. Some of my
friends have deleted my telephone numbers from their lines. They see
me as a bad person. Sir, before we get to Imo State, what transpired
today in this office would be made public by Citizen Samuelson. He
does not spare anybody”. He became famous and legendary when he fought
former Governor Ikedi Ohakim to a standstill, and Ohakim flogged him”
unquote.
Supol Faraday Amaechi and his team will storm Imo State in few days
time to conclude their investigation as ordered by the Commissioner in
charge of FCID, Force Headquarters’.
Citizen Samuelson has vowed to fight to the very end, in order to get
justice. A new set of petition is being prepared for the new EFCC
boss, while another petition is for the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB).
Any moment from now, the Imo State Police Command and Ex-Speaker
Uwajumogu would be dragged to court for their various Crimes against
the Socio-Political Crusader, Citizen Ikenna Samuelson Iwuoha
